Power Technology to Meet With Taiwan Companies to Discuss Joint Renewable Energy Project

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- November 3, 2005

Power Technology Inc. (Stock Symbol: PWTC) CEO Bernard J. Walter announced today that following a recent positive evaluation of the company's proprietary battery technology, Power Technology has been invited to Taiwan to explore a joint venture to manufacture and sell Power Technology batteries.

Mr. Walter stated, ``These meetings have been arranged for next week in Taiwan only after the Company's technology was positively evaluated. We are looking forward to exploring a joint project to bring this important technology to the market.''
